Refund Policy

At Daniel Collins Holistic Health, I take great care in delivering meaningful, high-quality experiences to support your personal growth and holistic well-being. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be issued for services, digital products, and events purchased through this website.

 

 

1. Services (Private Sessions, Coaching, Courses)

 

If you book a service such as a 1:1 session, coaching package, or online course:

 

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling credit.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.

• No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

• Refunds for coaching packages (multiple sessions) are not available once the first session has been used, except under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Daniel Collins Holistic Health.

 

 

2. Events (Workshops, Classes, Retreats, Pop-Ups)

 

For one-off or multi-day events:

 

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event start date may be eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable fees or deposits clearly stated at the time of purchase.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, unless your spot can be filled from a waitlist.

• No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

• If an event is cancelled by the organiser (Daniel Collins Holistic Health), you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to a future date or offering.

 

Please read the specific event page carefully, as additional terms (e.g. non-refundable deposits) may apply for retreats or special gatherings.

 

 

3. Digital Products (Meditations, Recordings, Downloads)

 

All sales of digital content are final once access is granted.

 

• Refunds are not available for digital products unless the content fails to load or is inaccessible due to a technical issue on our side.

• If you’re having trouble accessing your purchase, please contact us — support is always available.

 

 

4. Exceptional Circumstances

 

Life is unpredictable, and I honour that. If you experience an illness, emergency, or unavoidable disruption, please contact me within 7 days of your missed session or event. Refunds or credits under these circumstances are considered on a case-by-case basis, and handled with compassion.
